2. The personal machines and accessories referred to in these Measures mainly include: the monitor and main unit of the computer (all accessories in the main unit), and accessories that can be moved and used together (for example, mobile U disk, mobile hard disk, etc.).
3. The laboratory personnel are uniformly distributed by the laboratory to the personal use machine, which is mainly composed of two parts: the monitor and the main unit. The fixed asset number of the display and the host should be the same except for special reasons.
4. The laboratory uniformly establishes personal machine files, and each machine corresponds to a registration card.
5. When the user uses the personal machine, the device administrator and the user check the file one by one: whether the fixed asset number of the display and the host are consistent, whether the configuration in the main chassis is complete, whether the model is correct, whether the use is normal, etc. After the error is correct, the device administrator and the recipient jointly sign the personal registration card.
6. 《The computer maintenance record form 》must be filled in before the personal machine is repaired. The equipment administrator is responsible for repairing and updating the registration card and the corresponding card of the fixed assets.
7. If the graduate student, teacher transfer, other personnel leave the laboratory and other reasons leave the laboratory, you must return the personal machine; the equipment administrator must check the returned personal machine with the registration card item by item, if it is complete, sign the acceptance, otherwise, the refunder will sign the acceptance after the compensation.
