1. 国家自然科学基金面上项目，“面向应急情绪干预的量化模型研究”，2021-01 至2024-12，在研，主持；
2. 科技部国家重点研发计划“变革性技术关键科学问题”重点专项，“基于心理生理多模态信息的抑郁障碍早期识别与干预”， 2019-12 至 2024-11，在研，子课题负责人；
3. 科技部科技创新 2030“脑科学与类脑研究”重大项目，”脑机交互计算融合研究平台”，2021-12 至 2026-11，在研，参与；
4. 国家重点基础研究计划（973 计划），”基于生物、心理多模态信号的潜在抑郁风险预警理论与生物传感关键技术研究”，2014-01 至 2018-12，已结题，参与；
