Paper Submission Regulations

Article 1 Papers written by laboratory personnel that are relevant to the laboratory’s research content or based on the laboratory’s research platforms shall be centrally managed by the laboratory and subject to the following provisions.

Article 2 All papers authored by laboratory personnel must be submitted to the Secretariat of the Laboratory Paper Review Committee (LPRC) prior to formal submission. Submission is only permitted after the paper has been reviewed and approved by the LPRC and authorized by the Chair of the LPRC.

Article 3 The first author and corresponding author of a paper shall be determined through consultation between the authors and their academic supervisors. The order of other participants shall be based on their contributions to the paper, with coordination and arrangement led by the group leaders of each research team.

Article 4 Graduation Requirements for Master’s Students: Publication of one paper in an SCI-indexed journal, or at least one paper in an EI-indexed international conference (the conference level shall be reviewed by the LPRC to determine if it meets graduation requirements).Graduation Requirements for Doctoral Students: Publication of a total of three papers, which may include papers in SCI-indexed journals or papers presented at Class 2 (or higher-level) international conferences.

Article 5 In cases where there are no restrictions on author listing, all members of the LPRC shall be included as authors of the paper. The order of their names shall be determined through discussion by the LPRC.

Article 6 All published and pending papers of the laboratory shall be centrally managed by the Secretary of the LPRC for the purposes of review, submission, statistics, and archiving.

Article 7 Any disputes arising during the submission process shall be submitted to the Secretariat of the LPRC, and the final decision shall be made through discussion by the LPRC.

Article 8 The LPRC shall convene irregular paper review meetings to ensure that papers are submitted within the specified timeframe.

Article 10 For papers that violate this system, the laboratory shall bear no responsibility, refuse to reimburse publication fees and other related expenses, and impose penalties such as paper retraction or circular criticism based on the severity of the violation.

Article 11 This system shall be on a trial basis for one year.
