Laboratory convention
In order to better manage the daily affairs of the laboratory, improve the quality of teachers and students, create a good atmosphere for study and research, and build a harmonious and healthy environment, special laboratory conventions are established.

- Diligent thinking, hard research, mutual respect, unity and cooperation, caring for the collective, and willing to contribute.
- Keep the working environment quiet, don’t talk, don’t chat, don’t make noise, discuss problems in the conference room or free discussion area, set the phone to vibrate during the meeting.
- Develop a good habit of saving, and advocate “love room like home”, for example: pay attention to turn off the lights (room and walkway) when the natural light is bright; keep an eye on whether the faucet, various switches and other facilities are in good condition, and report immediately when problems are found; Pure, mineral water wash cups; wash the items with tap water, and pay attention to water conservation; leave the laboratory for more than 2 hours to turn off the personal host (running program exception) and monitor.
- Take care of public property and personal items, damage or lose public goods, take the initiative to compensate, and bear the relevant responsibilities and losses.
- Maintain the public health of the laboratory, pay attention to personal hygiene, keep the table clean and clean, do not throw garbage anywhere, do not spill water to the ground, do not stain the wall.
- Pay attention to laboratory safety and personal safety, report problems in a timely manner, and take effective measures in a timely manner within the scope of capabilities.
- Actively participate in the laboratory’s public welfare activities and work hard to accomplish the task.
- Does not leak laboratory research results and information.
- It is forbidden to play games, watch movies, browse websites that are not related to the profession, or engage in activities that are not related to your job.
- Part-time work outside the lab is not allowed (except for lab holidays).
- It is not allowed to introduce people who are not related to work to the laboratory.
- Do not use laboratory equipment to print or copy materials that are not related to scientific research projects; use paper as much as possible on both sides; use waste paper as much as possible for informal documents.
- Smoking is prohibited in the laboratory; eating and snacking can only be done in designated free discussion areas.
- Do not stay up late in the laboratory without permission.
- It is forbidden to chat on public telephones for a long time.
- Do not disassemble laboratory equipment without authorization (if required for equipment management or work, it must be approved by the relevant teacher and equipment manager).
- Comply with the various management rules and regulations of the laboratory.
- This treaty is interpreted by the laboratory teacher’s office meeting.
- This Treaty shall be implemented as of the date of promulgation.
This Convention applies to all personnel in the laboratory. For violators, the laboratory will disciplinary action and record in relevant comments and files.
