1. In order to give full play to the safety and use efficiency of public facilities, and further strengthen the management of laboratory hardware equipment, this institution has been specially formulated.
2. Care for laboratory equipment, no personal disassembly, mobile equipment or private use of laboratory items; if necessary for work, must submit an application report and approved by laboratory equipment management personnel.
3. It is strictly forbidden to smoke, throw litter, and scream in the laboratory.
4. The public hardware facilities such as servers and printers in the laboratory must be operated strictly by the designated personnel in strict accordance with the regulations. It is strictly forbidden to switch the power supply and equipment at will.
5. The laboratory equipment management personnel are responsible for security matters such as network configuration and password setting, and keep proper storage of computer and equipment drivers, warranty cards, manuals and other random files to safely store and store backup data. The loan of the equipment room must be approved by the general manager of the laboratory and the procedures must be completed. The waste materials are strictly forbidden to leak.
6. Laboratory equipment management personnel should report the hidden dangers and equipment failures of the laboratory in time, and promptly contact the relevant teachers and departments for handling. In extreme cases, emergency measures must be taken immediately and the site must be protected.
