1. The webmaster logs in to the website at least once a week to view the information of each column to check whether there is any problem that the information is not updated. Check whether there are problems in the management modules in the background. If there is any problem, find the corresponding personnel to verify or deal with it. Major issues should be convened by all personnel to discuss. The webmaster also needs to pay attention to the arrangement of all personnel. If there is a need for personnel changes, it should be properly handled and recorded.

The webmaster needs to count the work of the website during his tenure before leaving office. The statistical indicators are tentatively set as:

A, the number of articles published in each column,

B, the number of revisions of each column article,

C. All technical problems encountered and corresponding solutions,

D, other work.

2. The technician logs in to the website at least twice a week for inspection. Check for illegal administrators, check the system log, check for illegal articles, and check if the system parameters are correct. Every time a technician handles a problem, it needs to be recorded, including the problem description and processing method, the processing date, and so on.

3. The information publisher should pay attention to all kinds of information in the laboratory. If there is new information, you need to update the corresponding column, or modify the article, or publish a new article. If there is an update, notify the information auditor to review it after completing all updates.

4. The information auditor should check whether there is a new published article every day. If it is, review it first. If the audit fails, you need to notify the corresponding information publisher to make the change.

1. Everyone other than the webmaster must report the work of the current month to the webmaster in the form of an electronic document at the end of each month (28-31). Sudden problems require immediate oral reporting.

2. In case of major problems, the webmaster needs to report the situation to the laboratory director, and there is no need to report it. However, at the annual meeting, the webmaster needs to report on the maintenance of the website at the conference. And plan for the site staffing of the next school year, where the next webmaster and technicians need to be appointed immediately; when the information publishers are scheduled to be flexible.

3. Anyone in the laboratory points out the problem of the website. The webmaster needs to immediately study with the relevant personnel to find the problem without delay. It is important to have an oral report to the person who pointed the problem after processing.
