3.The laboratory equipment manager is responsible for the daily safety of the laboratory, including: checking the lock door every day; taking regular and irregular inspections (in the weather environment), carefully checking (inspecting equipment), four defenses (fire prevention, anti-theft, prevention) Destruction, disaster prevention accidents, four customs (closed doors, windows, water, electricity); After the discovery of a security incident, it is necessary to take active and effective emergency measures to prevent the accident from spreading and spreading, timely reporting, and not concealing the facts.

4.Laboratory equipment administrators check the wires and network lines monthly to prevent accidents caused by damage to the skin.

5.The laboratory equipment, materials, tools and other items should be placed neatly, the layout shoulds be reasonable, the waste materials should be cleaned up in time, and the items unrelated to the laboratory work should not be stacked to ensure the smooth passage of safety. It is strictly forbidden to smoke or throw cigarettes in the laboratory.

6.Do not modify or dismantle electrical facilities without authorization; do not arbitrarily pull wires, and do not have exposed wire ends; do not stack items in the power switch box to avoid electric shock or burning; when someone gets an electric shock, cut off the power immediately, or use an insulated object the wires are separated from the human body and rescued.

7.Large-scale laboratory equipment is managed and used by laboratory equipment management personnel. It is necessary to pay attention to the power-off protection of large-scale valuable equipment to prevent damage to equipment due to voltage fluctuations or sudden power failure.

8.For equipment that is used or borrowed by individuals and kept by individuals (such as PCs, laptops, etc.), the borrower is the responsible person for the equipment, and should be kept safely, and fireproof, moisture-proof, heat-proof, and dust-proof. , shockproof, anti-magnetic, to avoid damage or loss.

9.Leave the lab for more than two hours, turn off the personal PC (running program exception) and monitor.

10.Claims are made for individuals who have suffered damage or loss of equipment due to liability accidents.

11.If the laboratory is found to be stolen, the site should be protected and reported to the school security department for processing.

12.Non-laboratory personnel are not allowed to enter the laboratory without permission and may not stay in the laboratory for long periods of time.

13.Those who violate the above provisions and cause accidents shall be given administrative sanctions or economic claims according to the seriousness of the case until they are held criminally liable.
