At the invitation of Dean Bin Hu, on the morning of November first, Professor Chongming Huang from Taiwan’s National Cheng Kung University came to our school for school exchange activities. Professor Chongming Huang received his Ph.D. in computer science from Ohio State University in 1991. He is currently a Distinguished Professor of Taiwan University and a senior member of IEEE. He is a guest editor of many famous journals such as Computer Communications, Journal of Information, and Science and Engineering. Since 1991, Professor Chongming Huang has published nearly 100 academic papers on SCI journals by the first author. In the fields of broadband mobile Internet, audio and video streaming, wireless mobile ad hoc networks and multimedia technology, it has high academic attainments and international influence. This time, he came to our school, and Professor Huang gave a lecture entitled《Layer 5 Session Handoff for Ubiquitous Multimedia Streaming Service》 and 《LBS-based Monuments Navigation System》 to our graduate students and undergraduates. And understand the various research directions of the laboratory.
